CLASS DESCRIPTION

Our ninja warrior classes are perfect for the athlete that has an appetite for the acrobatic, but maybe not the appreciation for the discipline and aesthetics of a traditional gymnastics class. We are talking ricochets, precisions, vaults, wall flips, course skills, and ninja flips galore! Each skill is broken down in to safe and effective progressions. Classes meet once a week for 55 minutes. When registering, pick the day and time that works for you most of the time. Make-ups are pretty common, so don't sweat it if you have to miss.
